Safety of our players and volunteers is of the utmost important to our league.  As such, we have developed a Safety Program that is available for review.  Please find the applicable documents attached.

Medical Release Form (All players are required to complete this form and provide to manager)

Volunteer Application (must be completed by all league board members, coaches and regular volunteers)

Abuse Awareness Training (must be completed each year by all league board members, coaches and regular volunteers)
