Volunteer Requirements:

All on-field volunteers must have all of the following clearances and training.

Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check

Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance

Volunteer Affidavit (if you HAVE continuously resided in PA for the previous 10 years)

or FBI Criminal History Fingerprinting Report (if you HAVE NOT continuously resided in PA for the previous 10 years)

Little League Online Abuse Awareness Training (needs to be completed yearly)

The safety of our players and volunteers is of the utmost important to our league.  As such, we have developed a Safety Program that is available for review.  Please find the applicable documents attached.

Medical Release Form (All players are required to complete this form and provide to manager)

Incident and Injury Tracking Form (to be completed by a league representative for each incident)
